Application:
Our bending and tempering furnace is able to produce different types of bend tempered glass such as automotive glass, curtain wall, furniture glass, shower door, display window and glass for sight seeing elevator. With the lastest bending technology, the bending radius and arch height can be adjusted without any mold. The innovative design is favourite by all of our customers worldwide.

Machine charactor
(1). High density roller shaft made by extra thick steel and endured special treatment, no deformation, abrasion and aging resistance.
(2). Color optional, transmission drived by electric motor and swing reducer, matching with high quality chain and bearing.
Furnace:
High efficient heat insulating structure:
a. Usage of high density and high force heat insulating material, unique installation technique lowers power consumption and insolating from other components.
b. Each heating zone has item own thermocouple, heating force and temperature change as per glass size.
Quenching section:
With special iron roller, no deformation. The shape and structure are critical to the tempering quality.
Control system:
With high performance Beckhoff controller system and all electric elements had been used for many years.
Machine commissioning and training:
The machine needs 2 commissioning technicians to install and commissioning at buyer's factory.
