YD series Flat Glass Double Round Egding Machine Production Line consists of 3 parts:
*2 sets of machine for glass edging and polishing,
*1 table for glass transfering.
In addition, a glass loading table with or without measuring function can be arranged. 

When grinding the first two parallel lines is done, the glass sheet will be transported to the next double edging machine via a glass transfering table. During the transportation, the glass direction is automatically adjusted and hence the another parallel lines of glass sheet get ready to be grinded.

1. YD series Fully Automatic Glass Double Round Edging Line is used to grind and polish the edges of glass automatically.
This production line is a must for most of the glass processing factory and it is widely applied in the industry of furniture, appliances, household decoration, etc.

2. For a more complete processing requirement, our Fully Automatic Glass Double Edging Line can be linked with automatic cutting machine, glass detecting machine, glass washing machine, or other glass processing machine.
An automatic glass loading table with suction cups can be arranged.

3. We can arrange different quantity and types of the grinding wheels according to customer's request.
The quantity range of spindles can be 2~11 each side.

4. There is L-shaped and Linear-shaped glass transfer table for option. Liaoda can provide the optimal solution for you according to your plant area and the size of glass.

5. The production line is able to grind pencil edge, flat edge or other edging shapes with proper grinding wheels.

6. Servo motor on width opening or on conveying system can be arranged for higher accuracy.
