* Cleaning and drying flat glass and Low-e glass
* Conveying roll shafts are all rubber shafts, gear transmission, stepless speed regulator electric motor drive, speed adjustment 0.8~15m/min
* There are three pairs (6pcs) of rotary brushes (up and down) Φ150mm, the whole disc brush can be up and down to adjust the different thickness glass. It can go up for people to maintain. Height adjustable (0-250mm)
* There are three pairs (6pcs) high-pressure air blades to dry the glass, the fan power is 26kw which put into a sound insulation box. Special design of the wind system produces hot air circulation, dry glass with hot air.
* Using water pump as circulation pump, with 2 sets of stainless steel water tanks, which can be pulled out to clean.
* All sparge pipes are stainless steel water pipes
* Independent control cabinet, electric control component are "Schneider" and "Chint" brand. Electric motor control circuit has overloading, default phase, short-circuit protection function to guarantee safe running of the machine
