YD series Flat Glass Double Egding Machine Production Line mainly consists of 4 parts: 2 sets of machine for glass edging and polishing, 1 table for glass transfering and 1 table for glass loading. 

Glass double edging machine is an ideal tool to design and manufacture glass windows and doors, glass table top, home appliances, etc.
As the glass detecting machine detects the size, position and other parameters (such as thickness) of the glass sheet, the first double edging machine will automatically adjust itself and get ready to grind the two parallel lines of the glass.

With a group of high accuracy and high efficiency wheels / spindles / grinders, the glass edge undergoes a successive processing procedure of preliminarily grinding, accurate grinding, polishing and other requested treatment such as film removing, safety chamfer grinding and angle grinding.
When grinding the first two parallel lines is done, the glass sheet will be transported to the next double edging machine via a glass transfering table. During the transportation, the glass direction is automatically adjusted and hence the another parallel lines of glass sheet get ready to be grinded.
